When booking a session with me you are booking an experience. Your Session will be specialized to fit your needs and you will be working with me through the entire process, from choosing the best outfits to the best locations. Each session comes with a minimum number of high resolution hand touched edited images, although I do my best to over deliver!

General Information

- I do not under any circumstances share or deliver the raw files of your photos. This is because they do not accurately showcase my work as the photographer.
- I keep all photos on a hard drive. If anything where to happen to your photos I am happy to redeliver them for 30% of your session price.
- I do require a contract to be signed no later then 24 hours of booking your session.
- A 35% retainer fee ( non refundable) will be due within 24 hours of booking your session.
My turn around time is 2-4 weeks. 
- Please note session fees are for anything within the Casper/ Douglas Area. Including Casper Mountain, and Alcova. Anything further will require a travel fee of $10.00 per mile outside of a 40 mile radius of the listed locations.

How Do the Galleries Work? Do I get to pick my own photos?

With each session package, I include a digital gallery with unlimited downloads. Although I put a minimum number of photos you will receive that does not mean you will only get that amount. I strive to deliver all the best photos of my choosing. Because of this I do not let my clients choose their own photos. ( I deliver as many as I possibly can). 
How it works: After leaving our session I come home and download all the raw photos to my computer. I then will go through and start vetting photos, getting rid of the ones that did not turn out. I then start editing your photos.

What do I Wear?

Planning outfits can be so hard. What you wear can make or break a photo. All matching colors are a thing of the past. But no worries, I love helping my clients plan outfits. Here are some tips.
Stick to solid neutral colors.
Pick a color scheme. 4 or less stick to 2 colors. 5 or more 3 colors.
If there are 4 or less only one person should have a patterned shirt. 5 or more, two people can have a pattern.

How does booking a session work?

I do not offer online booking and here is why, it is my job to help you figure out what session package would work best for your family. I feel it is vitally important to be able to have a conversation with my clients and start building a relationship with you right from the start. After discussing with you about what kind of session you are looking for and learning a little more about your family, I will  recommend a session package I feel fits best with your needs. Of course the final decision will be yours. After we have settled on a session, I will discuss my policy with you and go over my contract with you. Once you have all the information I will gather your information to send you the contract, invoice for retainer fee ( 35% of session cost), and booking confirmation. You will receive reminders of your session date and time. A few days before your session I will message you confirming your session date, time and location.

Please note: A Retainer fee is different than a deposit.  A retainer is 100% non refundable for any reason.
